Registrations are all full-conference access to the one-day conference, including all sessions, exhibit hall, receptions and lunch.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Requests for full cancellation must be received by Cannon Events Ltd, PRIOR TO March 1st and will be subject to a £50 processing fee. A request should be sent to grant@cannonevents.com. Refunds will not be granted AFTER 1st March 2025, but the registration may be transferred to a future event or the ticket transferred to a colleague. Refunds/Credits will NOT be given to no-shows. All cancellation refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of the completion of the event.  

Photography, Recording & Videotaping:

By attending the event you give your permissions to be photographed, recorded, and/or videotaped; in addition, as an attendee you provide Cannon Events Ltd full discretion over the use of your likeliness for public posting and/or future marketing or its conference and media business.

Force Majeure:

If events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war in the UK, strikes, terrorist attacks in the city where the event is being held, or curtailment of transportation either in the conference city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees, which prevents at least 30% of the attendees from arriving for the first day of the event, so that it is impracticable, illegal, or impossible to hold the conference, Cannon Events Ltd may cancel the conference and offer attendees a credit for a future event.
