As the Group General Counsel at X-Press Feeders, one of the largest international container feeder companies, I oversee the legal, claims, and insurance department for the group. I have been working in this role for more than 10 years, and I am also a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.

My core competencies include dealing with various legal issues in container transportation, negotiating the group’s P&I and H&M insurance, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts with customers, such as global CCAs, slot charters, and JVs, and managing the group’s shipbuilding contracts and acquisitions. I also handle charterparty disputes, and have successfully resolved multiple complex and high-value cases. My mission is to provide effective and strategic legal advice to support our group’s commercial units by taking pragmatic and business approach.
