Priscilla began her career in the industry in 1998 as a Regional Marine Hull underwriter in the Singapore Branch of a large Norwegian marine insurance company, Vesta Forsakringar AS, after university graduation. Priscilla subsequently joined Willis Re Marine specialist reinsurance team in 2001 and built her career in this specialty field of Marine & Upstream Energy over fifteen years, during which she spent seven years with the Global Marine & Energy Specialty team at Willis Re head office in London as a specialist broker advocating Asian and Brazilian clients in all markets especially the London market. Priscilla was promoted to Executive Director in 2010, and progressed further in her management role and responsibility within the Willis Re Marine Specialty division, particularly after her relocation back to Singapore in 2012. She headed up and focused on the development of the specialism for Marine & Offshore Energy Treaty business for Willis Re’s Asia book, with full production, management and operational responsibilities for the region.

With the passion to continuously upgrade and challenge herself Priscilla joined Swiss Re Singapore in late 2015 as the hub head for the Asia-Pacific Marine & Upstream Energy division, and included regional responsibility for Aviation & Space classes of business since July 2018.

Priscilla graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor Degree (Merit) in Business Administration having majored in Banking and Finance, and attained her ACII qualification in 2004.
