Neale is a highly experienced marine professional with 14 years sea-going experience on bulk, RoRo, container, general cargo, reefer ships, and tankers. Neale was awarded Chartered Master Mariner status in 2022.

After coming ashore over 30 years ago, Neale has worked in the Far East and the UK, as a marine surveyor and consultant and subsequently in QA, Commercial and Operations Managerial roles, before joining a major P&I Club. Neale joined TMC UK in October 2021, and provides timely, accurate and verifiable expert advice, assistance and reports on Marine and Technical matters.

Neale has recently relocated to Singapore, where he heads TMC’s regional office.
