John began his marine insurance career at V.Group in 2004, and was promoted to role of managing director of Insurance Services in 2017. In addition to looking after the insurance needs of V.Group, John heads up their in-house insurance broker V.Scope, which offers insurance services to a diverse fleet of close to 600 vessels and an international pool of 40,000 seafarers. He has obtained a number of industry qualification, including post-graduate diplomas in Maritime Law.
